Administrator Setup

 Customize your Home Page by adding the Functions you will use regularly.


In the top right corner of your Home Page, you have a QUICK FUNCTIONS, QUICK REPORTS AND QUICK POS button.  By enabling functions to these buttons, you will be able to get to the functions you will do every day.

  1. From your Main Menu bar, hover over ‘Tools’ and select ‘Edit Quick Functions’.  Enable the functions that you will use most often.
  2. Repeat these steps for ‘Edit Quick Reports’ and ‘Edit Quick POS’.

Also on the Main Menu bar, you have a ‘HELP’ link.


‘HELP’ gives you access to our ‘KNOWLEDGE BASE’.  If you are looking for help with an issue, try the Knowledge Base first.  There are many articles that walk you through various ShapeNet functionalities.  Enter a keyword(s) into the Search field and enter.  You can also click into one of the Subject boxes to narrow your search.
