LIVE Remote Training

With ShapeNet software, you can schedule a member for remote One-on-One training sessions or Classes and provide them with the link to your video feed from the Schedule Matrix.  When the Member logs into the Member Portal, they will find the link under the My Schedule tile shown next to the Date and Time of the appointment.  The link will become active 15 minutes before the training or class begins.

**NOTE ~ Your system must have LIVE Remote Training enabled.  To enable this functionality, please contact Sales@shapenetsoftware.com.

I.  Enable 'Live Remove Training' on the service type ~

You can enable the setting on an existing package or create a new one.  Adding a Service Type

To edit an existing type ~ We recommend first adding a new Service Product Category and Income Category for Live Remote Training.

  • Functions -> Services -> Types
  • Enter the Service Type ID and Search
  • Click the 'Edit' link in the Action column next to the package you want to edit
  • Scroll to the bottom of the form
  • Enable the button for 'Live Remote Training'
