Adding Brivo Card Ids into the ShapeNet system

1.  Under Tools -> System Settings -> Non-Member Settings -> Assigns Access Card ID.  Enable this setting.

2.  Add all available Brivo IDs into ShapeNet.  Functions -> Users -> Brivo Card Bank for Prospects -> Add External Cards.

3.  Use the section for Retrieve Available Cards from Brivo and Add to Shape as Unassigned Cards to add all available card IDs in Brivo into ShapeNet.  Enter the max # of card IDs to add or leave blank to add all available cards from Brivo.

Click the button to 'Retrieve and Add Cards'

All available (unassigned) Brivo cards will be added into ShapeNet.

If you go to Functions -> Users -> Brivo Card Bank for Prospects -> View External Cards -> All Unassigned, you'll see all the available Brivo cards, but ShapeNet sorts them starting with the left-most digit. This means that 1079 comes before 108, 69 comes before 7, and 1008 comes before any card that starts with 9 (that includes 97, 971, etc.).

When you add a new user in ShapeNet, the available card ID list will only show the first 100 available IDs. Because of how ShapeNet sorts the available Brivo cards, the list will show IDs with the smallest left-most digit (this means numbers starting with 1 so that 1008 will be listed ahead of IDs in the 900 range).

If you want to assign a Card Id that is not displaying in the Available Card ID list, you must manually type the Card number into the Card ID field.
