Added the ability to text from the Open Balance Reports

View memberships

Fixed when making the secondary membership inactive leaves member status active incorrectly

Fixed when canceling primary acct doesn't tell you it cancels secondary and leaves the member status active

Ability to have the Future Appts appear under Quick Functions

Reports->Marketing->Referral Analysis Added the Last Check-in date to the report which can also be downloaded

Reports -> Retention -> Last Training Date Analysis Fixed sorting on last training date on the Last Training Date Analysis report

We have added the ability to generate the financial summary report in the background. This will address the issue with the report timing out and not completing.

Fixed issue with member portal reset password.  

Enhancement When memberships are purchased on the 29, 30th or 31st the system will adjust it to the 1st of the following month automatically.

Fixed the issue with unable to make a partial payment on a service package.

Member Portal Signature Process – We now have a NEW option located under tools->system settings -> Other Settings no document signature w/check box .

We now have the ability to commission a trainer after each done completed

When Refunding an ACH transaction the refund will now include the tax if originally charged.

The combined open balance report now includes the member address which can be customized using the wrench to hide those fields.

Reports-> Financials-> Trainer Commission Report New report for when paying trainers commissions based on appointments completed.


Shape now has a Class Registration process for FREE classes.

Reports -> check-in -> class activity New report to track the activity of members attending a Free Class

Many Bugs/Issues have been resolved based on tickets that have been submitted.
