Reach out to Members that have checked in within particular dates

  1. Reports >> Retention >> Checkin Analysis
  2. Checkin Analysis, Select
    • Set Min Date as the oldest "Last" Checkin date to pull
    • Set Max Date as the most "Recent" Checkin date to pull
      • Example - to pull in folks that have NOT checked in since the summer
        • Min Date = 6/1
        • Max Date = 8/31
      • Additional limits can be set by Membership Status, Membership Type, or Member Status
  3. Click Search

Sort results by 

  • Last Checkin DAte
  • Member - alphabetical
  • Trainer - alphabetical
  • Contact Priority
  • Last Contact Date
  • Next Contact Date

Recommended Use of Results

  • Use list for phone campaign
  1. Right Click Member Details - open new tab
  2. Work client, call, message, enter call notes into Log_Contact(within Tab)
  3. Close Tab
  4. Go to next item
  • Email - "Generate Mass Email"
  • Mailing labels - "Generate Mail Labels", this option can also be used to export mailing information to Excel
