Brivo: member keytags/keyfobs are not scanning

If your members are having trouble accessing doors using their keytag or keyfob, check to see if your Brivo Control Panel is current.

Login to Brivo:

Go to Setup > Sites/Doors > Control Panels

This page lists the control panels at the facility.  Normally the control panels are in constant communication with Brivo.  The Last Contact column should be current or very close to the current time.  If it is showing anything more than that, the control panel lost communication Brivo.  This means that data from the Brivo portal is not reaching the physical facility. 

You will need to contact Brivo support at 888-789-2523.
