Manage MagFi Lookup Options

How to change MagFi Settings to include more than just the Card ID and Phone?

Set by Administrator Securities

Individual Admin

  1. Locate Admin
  2. Functions, Users,View Administrators
  3. Select "Security" from Actions column
  4. Expand (+) FUNCTIONS
  5. Expand (+) SEARCH
  6. Locate the Find_User options, check those as appropriate.Save
  7. Have Admin login

All Admins - update templates, update groups

Update Templates

  1. Functions, Security, Templates
  2. Select Administrative
  3. Select Template to update 
  4. Expand (+) FUNCTIONS
  5. Expand (+) SEARCH
  6. Locate the Find_User options, check those as appropriate.
  7. Save

Update Groups

  1. Functions, Users, View Admins
  2. Custom Query
  3. Select appropriate Admin Group
  4. Click Search
  5. Click Padlock icon
  6. Select Template
  7. Click Reset to Template
  8. Select updated template
  9. Click the Reset User to Template Settings
  10. repeat for each Admin assigned
