Auto Close Actions

Close at Zero Sessions - The package will close when the session count reaches zero.

Ex: A 10 Pack personal training is purchased and will close once the final session has been marked DONE.

 

Close on Due Date or Zero Sessions - The package will close when the session count reaches zero, or when it reaches the due date as calculated by the Term in Months plus Term in Days, whichever occurs first. If zero sessions are reached first that will prompt the close, if the term date is reached first, that will prompt the close.

Example Due Date: 10 Pack Personal Training package is opened 1/1. The package is set to expire 2 months later on 3/1. The client does not complete all 10 session within the 2 month time frame, the package will close 3/1. 0 sessions will be saved for future use.

Example Zero Sessions: 10 Pack Personal training package is opened 1/1, The package is set to expire 2 months later on 3/1. The client completes 2 sessions each week, service will close on the 5th week of its use.

 

 

Roll at Zero Sessions - The package will roll without a prompt to the Admin when the session count reaches zero. Term date is not calculated nor considered.

EX: 10 Pack of personal training sessions is opened on 1/1 and the final session is not completed until 2/6. Service will Roll on 2/6,  once final session is marked  DONE.

 

 

Roll on Due Date or Zero Sessions - The package will prompt a renew with Admin login when the session count reaches zero, or when it reaches the due date as calculated by Term in Months, and Term in Days; unused sessions do not roll into renewed package.

Example Due Date: 10 Pack Personal training sessions is opened 1/1 . The package is set to expire 2 months after opening. The client does not complete all 10 sessions within the 2 month time frame, The package will Roll on 3/1 and begin new with 10 sessions that will be set to expire 5/1.

Example Zero Sessions: 10 Pack Personal training session is opened 1/1. The package is set to expire 2 months after opening. The client completes all 10 sessions in 3 weeks. The new package will roll once approved by the admin after the final session has been DONE.

 

 

Roll on Due Date- The package will prompt a renew with Admin Login when the service reaches the due date as calculated by Term in Months, and Term in Days; un-used sessions do not roll into renewed package.  

EX: 10 Pack Personal training session is opened 1/1 and set to expire after 2 months. Client uses 10 sessions by 2/24. The new package will not be renewed until 3/1 with the Admin approval.

 

Roll on Due Date without Prompt - The package will roll without prompt when the service reaches the due date as calculated by Term in Months, and Term in Days, unused sessions do not roll into renewed package.  

EX: 10 Pack Personal training session is opened 1/1 and set to expire after 2 months. Client uses 10 sessions by 2/28, Package automatically renews 3/1.

 

No Term Service    - 

If created the following way when this service type is purchased the client will continue to "own" the package until it is manually canceled by an administrator. No actions are needed by an administrator to continue this package weekly, or monthly based on the payment frequency.

Functions - Services - Add Type
1. Terms or no Terms - to make this service type a NO TERM - check off the box
2. Payment Frequency - this will default to PAY EVERY MONTH, however if you select the dropdown in this field you can change this to PAY EVERY WEEK
3. Enter the MONTHLY or WEEKLY price (this is dependent on the Payment Frequency you selected)
4. Sessions in Service - this will be the amount of sessions based on either Monthly, or weekly (again this is dependent on the Payment Frequency you have selected). You can also check off the box for UNLIMITED sessions if this is what the service type should reflect.

Proceed with creating the rest of the Service Type as usual.

 

 

 

Roll on Due Date or Zero Sessions w/ Open on 1st - The package will prompt a renew with Admin login on the due date without saving unused sessions, or on the first of the month after the session count reaches zero - if it reaches 0 sessions AFTER the 15th of the month.  If it reaches 0 sessions BEFORE the 15th of the month, the package rolls with a start date of the Current Month.

EX: 10 Pack of personal training is opened 1/1 and set to expire 1 month later. On 2/1 the client has completed 8 sessions, A new package is opened and the remaining 2 sessions are no longer available for use or, if the client uses all 10 sessions after the 15th of the month , a new package will not be reopened until 2/1. If the 10 sessions are used before the 15th of the month, the package will roll once the final session has been marked done.

 

 

Roll on Due Date or Zero Sessions w/ Open on 1st and Save Sessions - The package will prompt a renew with Admin login on the due date while saving unused sessions, or on the first of the month after the session count reaches zero - if it reaches 0 sessions AFTER the 15th of the month. If it reaches 0 sessions BEFORE the 15th of the month, the package rolls with a start date of the Current Month.

EX: 10 Pack of personal training is opened 1/1 and set to expire 1 month later. On 2/1 the client has completed 8 sessions, A new package is opened and the remaining 2 sessions are carried into the new package, The new package will start with 12 sessions –OR- if the client uses all 10 sessions after the 15th of the month , a new package will not be reopened until 2/1. If the 10 sessions are used before the 15th of the month, the package will roll once the final session has been marked done.

 

 

Roll on Due Date or Zero Sessions w/ Save Sessions - The package will prompt renew when the session count reaches zero, or , when it reaches the due date as calculated by Term in Months, and Term in Days, unused sessions will roll into renewed package so that they are not lost.

EX: 10 Pack personal training session opened 1/1, set to expire 2 months later. Client uses 9 of the sessions by the due date of 3/1. On 3/1 a new package is opened with 11 sessions.

 

 

Roll on Due Date w/o Admin Prompt - The package roll in background when the service reaches the due date as calculated by Term in Months, and Term in Days, unused sessions do not roll into renewed package.

EX: 10 Pack Personal training opened 1/1 and set to expire in 2 months. Package rolls in the background on 3/1 and a new 10 sessions is available.
