In order for any employee, whether they are a trainer or an Admin, to receive a commission, they need to be added as a salesperson in the Add User area.
Functions -> Users -> Add User -> Choose Saleperson from the drop down. Member will be the default choice, choose the dropdown to pick salesperson.
When a membership is purchased, commission in the Sales Commission Tracking Report will only be generated by the sales person selected during the purchase. Pick the proper salesperson from the drop down list.
Up to four salespersons can be associated with a membership sale. Commission will be divided equally. After the initial Salesperson is selected from the dropdown, a second dropdown will appear and so on.
