How to actively contact clients on or before their next Assessment Date?

  1. From Functions Assessments, View Members 
  2. Run a Pre-defined query for “Next 7 Day Assessments” or use Customer Query to set specific dates. 

Fingertip Access

  • To have the “Next 7 Day Assessment” Report display on your Home screen 
  1. Click on Edit to the right of Alert Center 
  2. Check off the box adjacent to Assessments - Next 7 Days
  3. Save
