You should try the steps below if the following occurs on a regular basis
- You are frequently getting knocked out of Shape;
- Your Shape system is very slow.
As a general rule, if you experience performance problems with your Shape system, we suggest the following series of troubleshooting steps:
1. Check your internet connection;
2. Test access using a different browser;
3. Clear your preferred browser's cache;
4. Verify that the local computer doesn't have any performance bottlenecks or malware (viruses) that could be blocking normal Internet access.
