Re-assigning Brivo Card ID

To re-assign existing Brivo Card IDs, they must be 'Unassigned' in Brivo.  There are two ways to do this:

  1. Delete the user from the ShapeNet system.  This will make the associated ID available in the Brivo card pool.
  2. Go to the Access Control page for the User > in the Brivo section, click the Delete User button.  The card ID will now be available for re-use in the Brivo card pool.
