When and how do Admin email notifications go out?
Admin email notifications:
Tools --> System Settings --> Email/Text Settings
Click to edit - set the admin email address. This email address with receive all copies of emails going out through your ShapeNet System.
You can also enter a secondary email address. This email address will also receive all copies of emails going out through your Shape system.
Make sure that the clients have an email address listed on their Details page. To do this;
Find User --> enter first few letters of clients last name --> click on Details in the "actions column" --> click edit to add or edit.
Any time an email is sent through the system a copy of the email will be sent to the listed Admin email address. Emails can be manually sent through the system, and when in certain reports where you see the email icon appear to the top right hand side of the query. If you have a low session count alert set on your service types, and you have the low session count turned on this will also automatically generate an email to the clients and again the admin email address will receive a copy of the email that was sent. You can also have appointment reminders sent to clients (tools --> System Settings --> Scheduled Appointment Settings) and to the trainers dependent on the rules you have set up. An email will also be sent when a New Prospect signs up online, also when a Member makes a payment online, or when a member renews membership online. Each time the Admin email address will receive a copy of the email sent.
