Troubleshooting your biometric/fingerprint scanner

  1. Unplug the device
  2. Restart the machine
  3. Re-plug the device.
  4. If IDlink is running, close and start it again. If that also does not do the trick, please follow the next steps:
  5. Unplug the device 
  6. Uninstall "MorphoSmart USB 64 bits Driver"
  7. Restart the machine
  8. Reinstall MorphoSmart USB driver from "C:\Program Files (x86)\Identity One\Installation Cache\IDlink Client\MorphoSmart USB 64 bits Driver.msi"
  9. Re-plug the MSO
  10. Restart IDlink
