Differences between Locker query types

What is the difference between the Reports/Misc/Stats - Locker Assignment query, and the Functions/Facility Management - Locker Management queries?

Functions/ - Locker Management

Query on: View Lockers

The query will generate the following:

All Lockers that are both assigned and unassigned

 

Reports/Misc/Stats – Locker Assignment

Leave Search Criteria blank – click on Search

This search will generate the following:

All Assigned lockers to users that are either inactive, deleted from the system, or have a term date associated with their membership.

*exception to this rule = When a client is an inactive "Add On" with a term date on membership and still has an assigned locker, will default by "Primary" Users membership term date type.  Ex. If Primary Member has a membership with an "Open" term date this will supersede the add on users membership even if they have a membership that is inactive with a term date.

 

The reason that the list varies from query to query is due to the criteria of the Membership Term, if a User has an “Open” Membership Term Date, or does not own a Membership they will not be pulled onto the Reports/Misc/Stats – Locker Assignment query.  This query only looks for Users that are Inactive with a locker still assigned to them, or users that have a locker assigned to them and the User has been deleted from the system, or a user that owns a Membership that has a term date associated with it. This report is used to “free up” allocated lockers that are no longer being used by their assigned users.
