How to Add a Personal Document to a Member's Document Locker

  1. Create the PDF using your software or scanner **Important - scanned documents should be less than 128kb and this function can use space which could result in additional charges.  You will need to set your scanner settings to scan in black and white or grayscale.  Color scans will increase the size of your document exponentially.**
  2. From Quick Functions>>Members
  3. Look up the member
  4. From Actions click Document Locker
  5. Click Upload Member Document
  6. Enter a Title
  7. Choose Category
  8. Other - document will be available from View Services, View Memberships and View Member
  9. Memberships - document will only be available from View Memberships
  10. Training - document will only be available from View Services
  11. Reference Material - will be available to be linked to a Member's Virtual Workout
  12. Client can view? Yes or No
  13. Client Review Required?  If yes, the Member will have to agree to the terms of the document before they are able to continue to the Portal.  Setting it to No will bypass the signature.

  15. Use Choose File to navigate to the PDF
  16. Click Open
  17. Click Add Document
