Validating Routing Number when adding or editing Billing Information

When you add or update a members bank account within their billing information, the routing number will be validated upon saving the members billing information.

If you are unable to save the record:

  • confirm the routing number is valid by checking the bank documentation or you can simply Google the routing number.

If you have verified the routing number is accurate, but are still unable to save please contact client services at with the following information

  • Routing Number
  • Bank Name
  • Address
  • State
