Adding funds to a prepaid account

  1. From Quick Functions, click Find User 
  2. Enter Member last name and click Search
  3. In the Actions column, click 'Edit Billing'
  4. Scroll down to Pre-Paid Account Details
  5. On the right, look for the 'Add Funds' link and click
  6. Enter the amount being added into the 'Amount' field and click 'Continue'
  7. You will be on the POS screen.  Take the payment as normal.
