- From Quick Functions, click Find User
- Enter Member last name and click Search
- In the Actions column, click 'Edit Billing'
- Scroll down to Pre-Paid Account Details
- On the right, look for the 'Add Funds' link and click
- Enter the amount being added into the 'Amount' field and click 'Continue'
- You will be on the POS screen. Take the payment as normal.
