How to Create Admin Groups


Tools -> System Settings -> Field Definitions -> Admin Groups.

Once in this screen, you can choose the drop down to the right of Admin Groups to see a list of existing categories that you can edit, or make active/inactive. You can also add a new category. Save the changes when finished.

Typical Admin Groups are:

Front Desk

Management

GM

PT Manager

Cafe

Once your Admin Groups have been created, you can assign Security Templates.
