ShapeNet Mobile App - Quick Guide

Optimizing your ShapeNet Mobile App for your Members


  1. Member Access

The mobile app login is the same UID and Password as the member portal. To get an updated password, just go to the Member Portal and select FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD.


  1. Things member can do

Check-in at front desk, view their schedule, register for classes or PT, view check-ins, refer friends and receive Push Notifications.


  1. Managing Functions

You can manage what Tiles to show. Go to system tools/system settings/mobile settings.


  1. Push Notifications

You can send out a Message to all members using app. Go to tools/mobile app. Type in message and select button: SEND NOTIFICATION.
